SUPPLEMENTS
FRB hereby gives notice to the FRC604 and FRC605 noteholders, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the note
programme, as amended or supplemented from time to time, and in accordance with paragraph 6.22(a) of the JSE Limited
Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, of the following technical change in the applicable pricing supplements
(APS):
The Last Day to Register (LDR) has been amended to align to the business day convention, specifically where the
Interest Payment Date falls on a non-business day. The LDR will be set as the business day before the Interest
Payment Date.
The amended APSs for FRC604 and FRC605 are available through a secure electronic manner at the election of the person
requesting inspection and will be available at: https://www.firstrand.co.za/investors/debt-investor-centre/jse-listed-
