Shareholders are advised that, in addition to Attacq's audited consolidated financial statements
for the year ended 30 June 2024, as published on 10 September 2024 and on which the Company's
auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion, Attacq's integrated report for the financial year
ended 30 June 2024 is available on the Company's website at:

Notice of annual general meeting

A notice of annual general meeting for Attacq shareholders, to be held at 09:00 on Thursday,
14 November 2024 (the "AGM"), has been dispatched to shareholders and is available on the
Company's website at:

The AGM will be held at the Conference Centre, Maxwell Office Park, 37 Magwa Crescent,
Waterfall City and via an interactive electronic platform facilitated by Lumi for those shareholders
who wish to participate via electronic means.

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday,
5 November 2024, and the record date to participate in and vote at the AGM is Friday, 8 November 2024.
