INVESTEC BANK LIMITED: UPDATE OF THE DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTES AND
PREFERENCE SHARE PROGRAMME MEMORANDUM

Noteholders are advised that Investec Bank Limited (the "Issuer") has superseded and replaced its
Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme (the "Programme") in accordance with an
amended and restated the programme memorandum ("Programme Memorandum") dated 5 May 2026 (the
"Programme Date"). The Programme Memorandum was approved by the JSE on 5 May 2026.

Any capitalised terms not defined in this SENS announcement have the meanings ascribed to them in the
Programme Memorandum.

Below is a summary of the changes incorporated into the Programme Memorandum:

•   The introduction to the Programme Memorandum as well as various sections in the Programme
    Memorandum have been updated extensively as part of a general revision of the Programme
    Memorandum;
•   Some new definitions have been included and some definitions have been amended or deleted; and
•   The Programme Memorandum now includes terms and conditions for the issuance of Flac Notes, as
    well as an Applicable Pricing Supplement (Flac Notes).

In addition, below is a summary of the changes incorporated into the Issuer Disclosure Document:

•   The risk factors section has been updated in relation to the "Greylisting" of South Africa by the Financial
    Action Task Force" and the "Reform in relation to JIBAR";
•   A new section titled "Overview of regulatory Flac requirements" has been incorporated dealing with
    Flac Regulations and Flac Requirements which apply to Flac Notes; and
•   Information in relation to the directors and auditors of the Issuer has been updated.

the Programme Memorandum and Issuer Disclosure Document for full details of the updated information.
