TRADING STATEMENT


GPI is currently finalising its results for the year ended 30 June 2026, which will be published
on or about 30 October 2026.

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a
trading statement as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the
period to be reported on next will differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the
previous corresponding period.

The Company hereby advises that a reasonable degree of certainty exists for the year ended 30
June 2026:

-   headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) will be between 9.42 cents and 10.96 cents, representing a
    decrease of between 29% and 39% compared to the HEPS of 15.42 cents reported for the year
    ended 30 June 2025 (“Previous Corresponding Period”); and
-   earnings per share (“EPS”) will be between 7.12 cents and 8.56 cents, representing a decrease
    of between 40% and 50% compared to the EPS of 14.32 cents reported for the Previous
    Corresponding Period.


The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the auditor of the Company.
