The Equity Linked Note with Stock Code SBEN13 issued by The
Standard Bank of South Africa Limited (“Standard Bank”) on 29
November 2022 will be partially de-listed in the amount of
ZAR5,000,000.00 and the number of notes reduced is 5,000 (the
“Redeemed   Portion”)    by   the    JSE   Limited  effective
30 September 2026 to be settled free of value.

The purpose for the partial redemption is due to the Noteholder
redeeming the Redeemed Portion for 192 076.864 South African
cents per Note (the total amount being ZAR R9,603,843.20 in
respect of the Redeemed Portion issued under SBEN13) and has
been paid by the Issuer on 23 September 2026. The Redeemed
Portion will settle free of value.

The remaining Aggregate Nominal Amount of SBEN13 in issue is
ZAR295,000,000.00 and the remaining number of Notes is 295,000.
