DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES BY MCC CONTRACTS PROPRIETARY LIMITED (“MCC
CONTRACTS”)

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), and
paragraph 6.54 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised
that enX has received formal notification in the prescribed form that MCC Contracts has
disposed of a beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total beneficial
interest in the securities of the Company held by MCC Contracts is now 24.26% of the total
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
