CORRECTION TO ANNOUNCEMENT: CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND BOARD COMMITTEES
OF AGRARIUS


Agrarius Sukuk holders are referred to the announcement published on SENS on 10 September 2026 entitled
“Changes to the Board of Directors and Board Committees of Agrarius” (the “Announcement”).

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, Agrarius
Sukuk holders are advised that the Announcement incorrectly identified Ms Nomathamsanqa Ngamlana, AGA
(SA), as the chairperson of the Company’s audit and risk committee.

The Company confirms that Mr Michael Justus Pitout, AGA (SA), was appointed as chairperson of the audit and
risk committee with effect from 9 September 2026. Ms Ngamlana serves as a member of the audit and risk
committee, and not as its chairperson.

Accordingly, the composition of the audit and risk committee, with effect from 9 September 2026, is as follows:

   -   Mr Michael Justus Pitout, AGA (SA), chairperson;
   -   Ms Rozanne Kamalie, member; and
   -   Ms Nomathamsanqa Ngamlana, AGA (SA), member.

All other information contained in the Announcement remains unchanged.
