FULFILLMENT OF THE SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS AND REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall
bear the meanings ascribed thereto in the Circular (defined below).
1. INTRODUCTION
Shareholders are referred to the circular distributed on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 (“Circular”), relating
to the disposal by NWP of the NWP Sale Business, the disposal by enX Ventures of the enX
Ventures Letting Enterprise (being the “Transactions”) and the approval of the Silver MIP Award.
Shareholders are further referred to the announcements released on SENS on Thursday, 27
August 2026 and Friday, 11 September 2026 in relation to the Transactions.
2. FULFILLMENT OF SUSPENSIVE CONDITIONS
The Company is pleased to advise that all Suspensive Conditions for the Transactions and the
Silver MIP Award, as detailed in the Circular, have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the Transactions
and the Silver MIP Award have become unconditional with effect from today, Friday, 16 October
2026. Shareholders are advised that the Transactions and the Silver MIP Award will not be given
effect to or implemented until receipt of the requisite compliance certificate from the Takeover
Regulation Panel, which is expected to be received on or about Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
3. REVISED SALIENT DATES AND TIMES
Accordingly, the revised salient dates and times relating the Transactions are set out below:

Notes
1. The parties have agreed that the Transactions will be implemented on Monday, 2 November 2026,
subject to receipt of the compliance certificate from the TRP and registration of the relevant transfer of
the Manufacturing Site in the Deeds Registry.
2. The above dates and times are indicative and subject to change. Any changes will be announced on
SENS.
