New Financial Instrument Listing Announcement – IBL381

Application has been made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of ZAR350,000,000 (three
hundred and fifty million Rand) Senior Unsecured Callable Mixed Rate Notes (stock code IBL381),
under Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium-Term Note and Preference Share Programme dated
05 May 2026.

The IBL381 Notes will be issued to Noteholders on the date of listing being
17 September 2026 with effect from commencement of trade.
