UBS AG and its subsidiaries (together, the "UBS AG Group") are a regulated
bank in Switzerland providing a full range of financial services in
Switzerland and internationally.

In respect of the South African Securities issued by UBS AG, London Branch,
under the Information Memorandum dated 16 September 2019, Noteholders are
hereby notified that Fitch Ratings Ireland Limited ("Fitch") has revised UBS
AG's long-term Issuer Default Rating (IDR) to AA- with a stable outlook, from
A+ with a positive outlook.
