CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, Crede advises that Ms Nokunene Thidiela has been appointed as Non-Independent
Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors with effect from 21 October 2025.

Ms Thidiela is the Head of Finance and Operations at Crede Capital, focused on overseeing the
financial and operations functions within the group.

Ms Thidiela is a qualified Chartered Accountant, with 20 years' professional experience mainly in the
ICT and Telecommunications industry. She comes with a strong background in financial management,
strategy, compliance and governance.

Ms Thidiela holds a Masters degree in business, Post Graduate Diploma in general management from
the Gordon Institute of Business Science, a Higher Diploma in accounting and a Bachelor's degree in
accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.

Prior to joining Crede Capital, Ms Thidiela was Head of finance at Altron Health Tech. She has also
worked for the likes of BCX as Finance Executive of the converged communications business unit,
acting Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Executive of Openserve, CFO Land Mobility
Technologies and Business Management Executive at Telkom.

The Board of Directors welcomes Ms Thidiela and looks forward to her contribution to Crede.
