CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES


In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements, the board of directors
of Putprop ("Board") is pleased to notify its shareholders of the following changes to Company's Board
committees, with effect from Wednesday, 25 February 2026:

-   Ms René Styber, an Independent Non-executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the
    Social, Ethics, Environmental and Transformation Committee; and

-   Mr Hayden Hartley, an Independent Non-executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairperson of
    the Nominations Committee.
