GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF BBBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Integrated annual report
The Company's 2025 integrated annual report, setting out
additional information on Tiger Brands' strategy,
sustainability performance and governance matters; and the
notice of annual general meeting will be distributed
electronically on 12 December 2025 to shareholders. This
information is now available on the Company's website:

Annual general meeting
The annual general meeting of shareholders of Tiger Brands
conducting the business stated in the notice of annual general
meeting will be held on Thursday, 26 February 2026 at 14:00
(Central African Time), at the JSE Limited, Atrium, 1 Exchange
Square, Gwen Lane, Sandown, South Africa. An electronic
facility will also be made available for remote participation.
The board of directors has determined that the record date by
when a person must be recorded as a shareholder in the
securities register of the Company, in order to receive the
notice of annual general meeting, is Friday, 5 December 2025.
The record date to be recorded as a shareholder in the
securities register of the Company and to attend, participate
and vote at the annual general meeting is Friday, 20 February
2026. Accordingly, the last date to trade to be recorded in the
securities register of the Company as a shareholder on the
aforementioned record date is Tuesday, 17 February 2026.
Shareholders are invited to submit their questions in advance
by sending an email to companysecretary@tigerbrands.com no
later than 14:00 on Monday, 23 February 2026.
Annual financial statements
Shareholders are also reminded that, as announced on 26
November 2025, the Company's audited consolidated and separate
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September
2025 (AFS), prepared in accordance with International Financial
Reporting Standards, were published on the Company's website on
26 November 2025 at:

and on the JSE cloudlink at:

There were no changes to the financial information published on
the Stock Exchange News Service on 26 November 2025.
B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report
Shareholders are further advised that the Company´s annual
compliance report required to be published in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of
2003, as amended, and paragraph 16.21(g) of the JSE Limited
Listings Requirements, is available on the Company´s website
at: https://www.tigerbrands.com/sustainability-reporting-and-
policies.php
The Company is pleased to announce that it has advanced to an
overall Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor status from Level 2 in the
previous financial year, following the completion of its B-BBEE
verification for the year ended 30 September 2025.
