CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
debtholders are hereby notified of the appointment of Lizelle Bosman as an executive director of
MW Asset Rentals (RF) Limited. Lizelle will succeed Philip Lochner, following his resignation, with effect
from 8 August 2025.

Lizelle Bosman is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the financial services industry. After
completing her articles in 2004, she began working with multinational companies, primarily operating in
South Africa and in the broader African region. Her responsibilities largely focused on ensuring both in-
country compliance and adherence to internal company regulatory and reporting requirements. Lizelle has
played a key role in streamlining processes to meet a wide range of corporate compliance obligations. She
holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from the University of Pretoria and a BCompt
(Accounting) Honours degree from the University of South Africa.

The board would like to thank Philip for his invaluable contribution and assistance over the years and would
like to congratulate and welcome Lizelle.
