NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN EXTERNAL AUDITORS

In accordance with paragraphs 6.15 to 6.17 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are advised that, following the conclusion of a tender process, the Audit Committee of Transsec 4 (RF)
Limited ("the Company") has recommended, and the Board of Directors ("the Board") of the Company has endorsed,
the appointment of BDO South Africa Incorporated as the new external auditor of the Company, with Bernard Van
der Walt as the designated audit partner, for the financial year ending 30 September 2026. This appointment will be
effective from the date of 09 April 2026.

The appointment of the new external auditor complies with paragraphs 6.11 and 6.12 of the Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements.

The Board welcomes the opportunity to appoint new external auditors in the interests of embracing audit rotation and
good corporate governance principles.

Consequently, PricewaterhouseCoopers ("PWC") will step down as the external auditor and the Board would like to
extend its appreciation to PWC for their service to the Company.
