UPDATE IN RELATION TO CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Shareholders are referred to Heriot's SENS announcement of 26 January 2026, in terms of which
shareholders were advised that Mr Pieter van Niekerk had been appointed as the new company secretary of
Heriot, with effect from 30 April 2026.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the effective date of Mr Pieter van Niekerk's appointment has been
moved forward to today, 20 March 2026.
