FURTHER ANNOUCEMENT REGARDING CHANGES TO THE BOARD COMMITTEES
Further to the SENS announcement released on 25 September 2026 and in compliance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Debt and Specialist
Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby advised that Mr Siphamandla Mthethwa has been appointed as a member of
both the Company’s Board Investment and Social and Ethics Committees, with effect from 6 November 2026, following the
cessation of the appointment of Mr Charles Shilowa, as the Acting Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Company’s Social and
Ethics and Board Investment Committees, on 31 October 2026.
The Board sends its appreciation to the Acting Chief Executive Officer for their service and contributions and conveys its best
wishes to the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer in the discharge of their respective duties.
