                                              Results of the Annual General Meeting
Shareholders are advised that at the Annual General Meeting of SepHold shareholders (“AGM”) which was held on Thursday,
10 September 2026, all the ordinary and special resolutions proposed, were approved by the requisite majority of votes.

-     The Company’s total issued share capital as at the Voting Record Date, being Friday, 4 September 2026 was 254,486,436
      ordinary shares.
-     The total number of SepHold ordinary shares that could have voted at the AGM was 230 909 726 (254,486,436 ordinary shares
      less 23,576,710 treasury shares).
-     The total number of the Company’s shares present/represented (including proxies) at the AGM was 159,620 029.
-     The total percentage of the Company’s shares present/represented (including proxies) at the AGM in relation to the total issued
      share capital of the Company was 62.72%, and in relation to the total votable shares was 69.13%.
