As announced on 08 April 2026, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes ("Autocalls"), hereby notifies Holders of
the automatic Exercise on 22 April 2026 (see the related securities above).

On 22 April 2026 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls were Exercised
and expired on 22 April 2026. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:
