Availability of an investor presentation
MultiChoice Group ("MCG" or "the Company") would like to inform shareholders that
CANAL+, MCG's new controlling shareholder, today announced on the Regulatory News
Service that an investor presentation (the "investor presentation") has been made
available on its corporate website (https://www.canalplusgroup.com/en).
The investor presentation includes financial figures for the Combined Group based on
historically reported annual results for CANAL+ and MCG, as well as certain financial
metrics of MCG for the period January to June 2025. These financial metrics, based on
MCG's new December financial year end (in alignment with that of Canal+, as per the
SENS announcement issued on 22 September 2025) are derived from unaudited
management reporting of MCG for the six months ended 30 June 2025 and on the basis
that CANAL+'s acquisition of MCG has been effective from 1 January 2024.
Shareholders are advised that the Executive Directors of MCG take responsibility for the
financial information relating to MCG contained in the investor presentation, and that
such information has neither been reviewed nor reported on by MCG's external auditors.
