LISTING OF NEW FINANCIAL INSTRUMENT – RN2035
The JSE Limited ("JSE") has granted approval for the listing of a Floating Rate Note ("Note") under series
RN2035, issued under the Republic of South Africa's Domestic Multi Term Note Programme dated
9 September 2019, as updated, supplemented and amended from time to time ("Programme Memorandum"),
with effect from 11 August 2025.
Any capitalised terms not defined in this announcement shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the section
of the Programme Memorandum headed "Terms and Conditions of the Notes".
The details pertaining to the issue of the RN2035 Notes are as follows:

Interest Rate: 3-month JIBAR* plus a margin of 1.30%

Interest Payment Date(s): 31 March, 30 June, 30 September and 31 December of
each year up to and including the Maturity Date or, if such
day is not a Business Day, the Business Day on which the
interest will be paid, as determined in accordance with the
applicable Business Day Convention (as specified in the
applicable pricing supplement ("APS")), with the First
Interest Payment Date being 30 September 2025
Interest Rate Determination Date(s): 25 September, 26 December, 26 March and 25 June (or
the first Business Day of each Interest Period) of each
year until the Maturity Date, with the first Interest Rate
Determination Date being 6 August 2025
Business Day Convention: Following Business Day
Last Day to Register: By 17h00 on 20 March, 19 June, 19 September and
20 December of each calendar year until the
Maturity Date or if such day is not a Business Day, the
Business Day immediately preceding each Books Closed
Period, which shall mean that the Register will be closed
from the date following each Last Day to Register to the
next applicable Interest Payment Day or 10 (ten) days
prior to the date on which the notes are redeemed
Books Closed Period(s): The Register will be closed from 21 to 30 March, 20 to
29 June, 20 to 29 September and 21 to 30 December
(all dates inclusive) of each year until the Maturity Date
Maturity Date: 30 September 2035
Final Redemption Amount: 100% of nominal issued
Total Notes in Issue as at 6 August 2025: ZAR4,189,982,214,017.39 (excluding the issuance of the
RN2035 Note)
Other: The APS does not contain additional terms and conditions
or changes to the terms and conditions as contained in

*It is anticipated that during the life of this instrument, the 3-month JIBAR may no longer be considered as the default reference
rate for such instruments. In the event that this materialises or that a transition starts to take place, National Treasury reserves
the right to change the reference rate from the 3-month JIBAR to the new prevailing reference rate.
The Note will be dematerialised in the Central Securities Depository (CSD) and settlement will take place
electronically in terms of the JSE rules.
