RESIGNATION OF THEUNIS CHAMBERLAIN FROM THE BOARD OF ACSA

In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, noteholders 
are hereby advised that Mr Theunis Chamberlain has resigned as a non-executive director from the Board of ACSA (the "Board") 
with effect from 19 June 2026 due to the emergence of a conflict of interest arising from his other professional
commitments.

The Board expresses its appreciation to Mr Chamberlain for his contribution to ACSA and extends its best wishes to him in his
future endeavours.
