Redemption Announcement - "SBEN56"

Holders of the listed SBEN56 Equity Share Linked Notes ("the
Notes") which are redeeming on 01 April 2026 are informed that
the level of the Share Closing Price was determined and
calculated on 19 March 2026 as 130 000 South African cents per
share.

Following this determination and calculation holders of the
Notes are advised as follows:

1. Holders will receive on 01 April 2026 an amount of 1,393 51.85
   South African cents per Note


2. After the payment to holders as set out in paragraph 1 above
   on 01 April 2026, the Notes (SBEN56) will be de-listed from
   the JSE on 02 April 2026.
