CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are advised that Atterbury Property Fund Proprietary Limited ("Atterbury") has notified the board
of directors of RMH (the "Board") of a potential offer to be made by Atterbury to RMH Shareholders
("Shareholders") to acquire their securities in RMH (the "Offer").

The terms and structure of the Offer, including the price at which the Offer will be made, are not yet clear as a
formal, non-binding expression of interest or offer has not been received by the Board. There is no certainty
that the Offer will be made, however the Board has issued this announcement because it suspects that
confidentiality in respect of the Offer has not been maintained. The Board will provide further updates to
Shareholders as appropriate.

Shareholders are advised that the Offer, if implemented, may have a material effect on the price of RMH's
securities. Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in RMH's securities until a
further announcement is made.
