AUDITED CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2026

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Revenue from continued operations decreased by 20.3% to R292.7 million, from R367.1 million
     reported in the prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) decreased by 154.9% to a loss of 17.3 cents per share,
     from a profit of 31.5 cents per share reported in the prior corresponding period.

     Earnings per share (“EPS”) improved by 59.5% to a loss of 16.9 cents per share, from a loss of
     41.7 cents per share reported in the prior corresponding period.

     Interest bearing debt was reduced to R44.6 million (2025: R66.2 million), which contributed to a
     reduction in finance costs to R7.1million (2025: R9.9 million).

2.   DIVIDEND DECLARATION

     Given the financial performance and cash generation, the Company’s board of directors
     (“Board”) has taken a decision not to declare a final dividend in respect of the twelve months
     ended 30 June 2026 (2025: 12.0 cents per share). The objective of the Board is to revert to
     paying of dividends, once profitability and cash generation have normalised.

3.   RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

     This results announcement is the responsibility of the directors of the Company. It contains only
     a summary of the information contained in the summarised consolidated audited financial
     statements (“Summary AFS”) and the consolidated audited annual financial statements (“Full
     AFS”) and does not contain full or complete details.
