The Group is pleased to announce that it has retained its Level 1 B-BBEE contributor status following
the conclusion of its B-BBEE verification process for the 2025 financial year.

Shareholders are advised that in accordance with paragraph 12.7(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 6 of
the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the Company's 2025 annual compliance report in terms
of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Empowerment Amendment Act, 46 of 2013, has been
submitted to the JSE Limited and the B-BBEE Commission and the Company's latest compliance report
