 QUARTERLY SUSPENSION UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the suspension in trading of the Company's shares on the JSE
which came into effect on 14 July 2025 ("Suspension"), for failing to publish its audited
annual financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2025 ("FY25 AFS") within the
 prescribed period.

In terms of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company is required to
provide an update to shareholders on a quarterly basis regarding the current state of affairs
of the Company until the Suspension is lifted.

Following the SENS announcement dated 14 July 2025, Afdawn is still busy with the
Auditors to finalise the 28 February 2025 audit and it is anticipated that the FY25 AFS will be
distributed no later than 30 November 2025 and the Annual Report will be distributed no
later than 19 December 2025. The Company will thereafter commence the processes
 necessary to lift the Suspension.

The Company's interim financial results for the six months ended 31 August 2025 ("Interim
Results") are required to be published by no later than 30 November 2025, in accordance
with the JSE Listing Requirements. It is the Company's intention to publish its Interim
Results on or before 30 November 2025.

Further updates will be communicated to the market as may be required.
