RELEASE OF THE HALF YEAR BASEL III PILLAR 3 REPORT AS AT 31 MARCH 2026, AS PRESCRIBED BY THE REGULATIONS RELATING TO BANKS

African Bank is pleased to announce the release of the half year Basel III Pillar 3 report, as at 31 March 2026, ("Pillar 3 Report"), 
as prescribed in terms of Regulation 43 of the Regulations Relating to Banks.

The Pillar 3 Report covers African Bank Limited (ABL) and its holding company, African Bank Holdings Limited (ABHL), a registered 
bank controlling company registered under Section 44(1) of the Banks Act, 1990 (Act No. 94 of 1990).

In line with the Excelerate Group strategy, the balance sheets of ABL and ABHL reflect progress in diversifying and scaling our operations, 
with advances appropriately provided for, a compliant capital position and adequate cash resources. Liquidity and market risks are managed 
within the Group's approved risk appetite framework.

The key prudential ratios as at 31 March 2026 for both, ABHL and ABL, operated above the minimum required regulatory levels.
