(‘RWDVF”) WITH THE REITWAY GLOBAL PROPERTY PRESCIENT ACTIVELY MANAGED ETF (“RWAGP”)

Further to the SENS announcement released on Friday, 09 October 2026 regarding the results of the amalgamation
ballot, Prescient Management Company (RF) (Pty) Ltd hereby announces the final conversion ratio, in respect of the
proposed amalgamation of the Reitway Global Property Diversified Prescient ETF (“RWVDF”) and Reitway Global
Property Prescient Actively Managed ETF (“RWAGP”).

Conversion Ratio

Holders of Reitway Global Property Diversified Prescient ETF (“RWVDF”) securities will be entitled to 1.03477 ("the
conversion ratio") Reitway Global Property Prescient Actively Managed ETF (“RWAGP”) securities for each Reitway
Global Property Diversified Prescient ETF (“RWVDF”) security held.
