RESIGNATION OF WARREN WHEATLEY


Shareholders are referred to the announcement published on 1 September 2026 and are hereby advised that Mr Warren
Wheatley, who was placed on precautionary leave of absence from his role as Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) of the
Group, has resigned as an employee and CEO of the Group, with effect from 21 September 2026.

The board of directors of the Company (the “Board”) has accepted Mr Wheatley’s resignation.

Mr Stafford Masie will continue to serve as Interim CEO while the Board progresses the process for the appointment of
a permanent CEO.

Mr Wheatley’s reconsideration and related proceedings before the Financial Services Tribunal are personal to him and
continue independently of the Company.

The Board remains focused on ensuring leadership continuity and the ongoing stability of the Group.
