Notification of change of Auditor

In accordance with paragraph 6.15 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
The Standard Bank of Namibia Limited advises that Deloitte & Touche Namibia has been appointed as the
independent external auditor of the Issuer replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers Namibia with effect from 29
April 2026.

The change in the external auditor is due to compliance with the Bank of Namibia's BID-10 regulation, which
requires rotation of external auditors every ten years. and complies with requirements specified in
paragraphs 6.11 and 6.12 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements.
