DIRECTORATE CHANGE

In compliance with paragraph 6.71 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of
the following directorate change:

After 42 years with Dis-Chem, Mr Stanley Goetsch has formally submitted his resignation from his position
as Executive Director of the Company, effective 30 June 2026. Mr Goetsch played a key role in the growth
and strategic direction of the business.

The Board expresses its sincere appreciation to Mr Goetsch for his unwavering contribution to a business
that changed South Africa's retail pharmacy landscape, and which is now influencing how consumers access
healthcare, and wishes him well in his retirement.
