Updated trading statement for the interim results period ended 30 September 2025
Shareholders are referred to the trading statement announced on SENS on 31 October 2025 related to
the six-month period ended 30 September 2025 (FY1H26). Subsequent to the publication of this SENS,
the Group recognised a one-off cost impacting FY1H26. Consequently, the Group now expects:
• Earnings per share (EPS) for the interim results related to the six month period ended
30 September 2025 to increase by between 30% and 40% compared to the EPS of 354 cents
reported for the prior corresponding period. This translates to an EPS range of 460 cents to
496 cents for the period.
• Headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the interim results related to the six month period
ended 30 September 2025 to increase by between 30% and 40% compared to the HEPS of
353 cents reported for the prior corresponding period. This translates to an HEPS range of 459
cents to 494 cents for the period.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Group's external auditors.
The Group's interim results for the period ended 30 September 2025 are expected to be released on
SENS on or about 10 November 2025.
