CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITORS

Shareholders are advised that, following a decision by the Board of Directors of SEAM
and in accordance with paragraph 3.75 of the JSE Listings Requirements ("JSE LR"), the
Company has appointed Balushi Incorporated ("Balushi Inc.") as the new external
auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 28 February 2025.

The decision to appoint Balushi Inc. follows the termination of the Company's
previous auditors, CM&A Inc., due to their inability to furnish a valid IRBA
inspection certificate in line with the JSE LR. CM&A Inc. was afforded the
opportunity to provide written representations to the Board regarding their
removal. CM&A stated that they had no objections to their removal as auditors
of the Company.
Balushi Inc., represented by Mr Ramphelane Edward Hlakudi, a registered
auditor and director of the firm, has submitted the required documentation and
undertakings to the Audit and Risk Committee as required in terms of
paragraphs 3.86 and 3.87 of the JSE LR. Balushi Inc. confirmed that the firm has
been inspected by the Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors ("IRBA") in
2017 and has provided the 2017 inspection report to the Audit and Risk
Committee.
The Board has requested that Balushi Inc. provide by 31 July 2025 confirmation
from IRBA that the 2017 inspection report is still valid.
Shareholders will be updated in due course should there be any material developments
in relation to the audit appointment.
