Annual results and audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2021 and
dividend declaration

Shareholders are advised that YeboYethu’s results and audited consolidated financial statements for the
Year ended 31 March 2021 are available on YeboYethu's website at www.yeboyethu.co.za. The salient
features include:

-   Basic earnings per share of 2 400 cents (31 March 2020: 1 445 cents);
-   Final dividend of 100 cents per share, in accordance with the funding terms of the BEE transaction.

YeboYethu’s only investment is in Vodacom Group Limited (‘Vodacom’). Shareholders are advised
that Vodacom has released its preliminary results for the year ended 31 March 2021 on SENS which is
available for download on the Vodacom website hosted at www.vodacom .com

Declaration of dividend number 17 - payable from income reserves

Notice is hereby given that a gross final dividend No. 17 of 100 cents per ordinary share in respect of the
year ended 31 March 2021 has been declared payable on Monday 05 July 2021 to shareholders recorded
in the register at the close of business on Friday 02 July 2021. The number of ordinary shares in issue at
the date of this declaration is 52 915 960. The ordinary dividend will be subject to a local dividend
withholding tax rate of 20%. Accordingly, for those shareholders not exempt from paying dividend
withholding tax, the net ordinary dividend will 80.00000 cents per ordinary share.

Last day to trade shares cum dividend          Tuesday 29 June 2021
Shares commence trading ex-dividend            Wednesday 30 June 2021
Record date                                    Friday 02 July 2021
Payment date                                   Monday 05 July 2021

Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday 30 June 2021 and
Friday 02 July 2021, both days inclusive.

On Monday 05 July 2021, the dividend will be electronically transferred into the bank accounts of all
certificated shareholders where this facility is available. Shareholders who hold dematerialised shares will
have their accounts at their CSDP or broker credited on Monday 05 July 2021.
