EXTENSION OF DEADLINE TO RELEASE FINANCIAL RESULTS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY
ANNOUNCEMENT

SEM approval of extension of deadline to publish results
Shareholders are advised that the audit for the year ending 28 February 2026 is progressing well with
completed consolidated annual financial statements ("FY2026 AFS") sent to the IFRS advisor and auditors
during the course of this week. This includes the restated 2025 comparative numbers. The Company also
received a further response related to the ongoing JSE Pro-active monitoring review and is considering
any impact on the Annual Financial Statements or disclosure items.

Due to this detailed process, the Company has applied for, and received, formal approval from the SEM
for an extension to publish the FY2026 AFS by mid-June 2026 to allow the audit to be finalised.

Renewal of Cautionary Announcement
Shareholders are referred to the renewal of cautionary announcement published on 4 May 2026 and are
again advised that, at present, nothing in the 2025 Restatement contradicts the information contained in
the announcement of 22 April 2026.

Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when trading in the Company's securities until
a further announcement is made.

Numeral Ltd has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange Mauritius and a secondary listing on the AltX of
the JSE.

This notice is issued pursuant to SEM Listing Rule 11.3 and the Mauritian Securities Act 2005. The Board of
