AVAILABILITY AND DISTRIBUTION OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


1. Availability and Distribution of Integrated Annual Report

Shareholders are advised that the electronic version of the Company's Integrated Annual Report for the year
ended 30 September 2024, which includes the previously published Consolidated and Separate Annual
Financial       Statements       for       the       year      ended        30      September         2024
(https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/JSE/ISSE/WBCE/FY2024.pdf) as well as the Notice of the Annual
General Meeting ("Notice of AGM"), is available on the Company's website at
https://www.webuycars.co.za/investors/integrated-reports. Hard copies of the Integrated Annual Report for
the year ended 30 September 2024 may be requested via email at investors@webuycars.co.za.

Shareholders are further advised that the Notice of AGM and the Integrated Annual Report for the year ended
30 September 2024 have been distributed to shareholders today, 21 January 2025.

2. Notice of Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders of the Company will be held
in person, at the WeBuyCars Dome, Northumberland Road and Olievenhout Avenue, North Riding,
Randburg, 2161 and by electronic participation on Wednesday, 19 February 2025 at 10h00. Details of
electronic participation at the meeting are included in the Notice of the AGM.
