announced on 6 October 2025 at the bookbuild price. The participation was through his associate

SECTION 122
In accordance with paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, Visual International hereby
confirms that the Company received a notice in terms of Section 122 of the Companies Act, No. 71
of 2008. As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, Visual is in the process of
filing the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

uJobs Proprietary Limited ("uJobs") informed Visual that it acquired a beneficial interest in the
Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the securities held by uJobs is now 21.76% of the
total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, up from 19.56%.
