Notification of Adjustment Event on UBS Long/Short Certificate on Naspers
Limited (Long) vs. Prosus NV (Short) – Series 89 and 91.

Certificateholders of UBS Long/Short Certificates are hereby advised of an
Amendment Event that supersedes the Final Terms dated 19 March 2020.

The purpose of this Amended and Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha
Code UBNPNS (series 89) is to amend the Issue Price from 1413.01 to
1,949.10, the Cash Component from 2,977.60 to 1,598.70 and the short
shares ratio from 6.704997 to 2.762432. The purpose of this Amended and
Restated Final Terms relating to Alpha Code UBNPNU (series 91) is to amend
the Issue Price from 2,041.55 to 2,601.31, the Cash Component from
2,319.10 to 2,220.70 and the short shares ratio from 5.028748 to 4.174201.

This listing is issued under the JSE Information Memorandum for the
Issuance of South African Securities up to an authorised amount of ZAR 14
000 000 000.
