Notification of Contingent Coupon event for UBS Autocallable Note linked to
the RTY, UKX, NKY and SMI Indices (the "Notes") – Series 9.

UBS AG, as Issuer of Autocallable Note linked to the FTSE 100 Index, Swiss
Market Index, the Russell 2000 Index, and the Nikkei 225 Index (the "Notes"),
hereby notifies holders that a Contingent Coupon event has occurred for the
above Autocallable Note which was observed on Observation Date Monday, 08
September 2025.

The Index Closing Level of each of the Indices listed below was greater than
its respective Contingent Coupon Level as indicated in the table below,
therefore, noteholders will receive a Coupon Amount of 13.00% / 13000 cents
which will be paid in respect of each Note.
