UBS AG, as Issuers of the UBS Automatic Early Redeemable Note (Phoenix
Autocallable) linked to the FTSE 100 Index, EURO STOXX 50 Index and
Standard and Poor's 500 Index (the "Notes"), hereby notifies holders of a
potential coupon payment due on Monday, 15 March 2021.

Condition for coupon payment:     The UBS Automatic Early Redeemable Note
(Phoenix Autocallable) product offers a coupon payment if all Underlyings
close at or above the Coupon Barrier level as shown in the below table on
the Observation Date, Tuesday, 09 March 2021.
