TRUSTCO GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ("TRUSTCO"): UPDATE ON THE
SUSPENSION OF THE TRADING OF THE TRUSTCO SHARES AND PUBLICATION OF
THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 AUGUST 2024
("AFS FY 2024")



Shareholders are referred to the announcements published on SENS dated 20 and 23
January 2025.


In accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1.11(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
the Company hereby provides its quarterly progress update.


1.   Trustco remains incorporated in Namibia and needs to comply with home country
     legislation. In light of this, Trustco shall complete the Namibian Audit for the AFS
     FY2024. In addition, the coordination of international processes is also underway.

2.   The delay in publishing the financial results is primarily due to various processes
     running concurrently. The Company, in conjunction with its auditors, continues to
     make progress toward finalising the outstanding results.

3.   The Company expects to publish its AFS FY 2024 by 30 June 2025. The Company
     intends to hold its Annual General Meeting by 31 July 2025.

4.   The Company will, at the appropriate time, engage the JSE to lift the suspension of the
     trading of the shares, as soon as shareholders' engagement and local & international
     regulatory processes have been finalised.

5.   The Company will keep shareholders informed of further developments.
