Shareholders of Tiger Brands are advised that the Company´s annual compliance
report required to be published in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based
Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, as amended, and paragraph 16.21(g) of
the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, is available on the Company´s website at:

The Company is pleased to announce that it has retained its Level 2 B-BBEE
rating following the conclusion of its B-BBEE verification for the year ended 30
September 2024.
