Change to the Board and Directors Duties


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, the
board of directors of SEAM ("the Board") hereby notifies its shareholders of the following:



   •   Ulrich Bester has been appointed as the chief executive officer with effect from 1
       December 2024;

   •   Lindani Mpumelelo (Mpume) Sidaki CA(SA) has been appointed as the executive
       financial director with effect from 1 December 2024.


Mpume is a Chartered Accountant who qualified in 2006. He was the Interim Chief
Financial Officer at KwaZulu-Natal Tourism Authority for four years where he headed
towards financial and corporate services which included Supply Chain Management,
Human Resources and Finance. He has experience in working in State-Owned Entities.

Mpume has extensive experience in the coal mining sector, having worked with various
mining companies. This involved setting up financial systems and processes in the
acquisition and mergers of various coal mines and valuations of mining assets.
He was a CFO of a 100% owned black mining company, Horizon Chrome Mine for a
period of two years, which he played a role of taking the mine from care and maintenance
to being fully operational, reporting directly to the CEO, directors and shareholders.
