of Stor-Age ordinary shares held by Steven Horton and The
HJS Trust (the "Trust"). Steven Horton is a trustee and a
beneficiary of the Trust and the Trust is therefore an
associate of Steven Horton.
At the date of this announcement, the total Stor-Age ordinary
shares held by the Trust and the executive director are
1 785 835.
Based on the closing share price of R16.00 on 20 June 2025,
the outstanding balance is sufficiently covered by 667 500
Stor-Age ordinary shares held by the Trust and the executive
director.
