The JSE Limited ("JSE"), has given its formal approval for the amendment of the above-mentioned listed equity
structured products Notes on 27 August 2025.

The amendments consist of the extension of the term of the Notes by changing the maturity date to 25 June 2030,
amending the valuation dates and amending the notional amount and the put strike price and changing the index
details. The proposed amendments are at the Noteholder's request and the change in the reference Index reflects the
Noteholder's updated view about the valuation growth and timing of the Index as well as some technical amendments
to update the CSDP scrip account and CSD account details and to update certain the terms of the Notes to comply
with JSE listing requirements for specialist securities and to align with the updated Programme Memorandum.

As a result of the new maturity date there will be a change to the to the JSE long name of the SPIB39 Notes as outlined
in the below table:

The salient dates regarding the change in the JSE long name of the SPIB39 Notes are as follows:

 Commencement of trading in the New Long Name:           Wednesday 3 September 2025
 Record Date:                                            Friday 5 September 2025
 Issuer Date                                             Monday 8 September 2025

Noteholders are advised that the SPIB39 Notes will carry over their performance history and the ISIN, alpha code and
short name will remain unchanged.

An Amended and Restated Applicable Pricing Supplement that reflects the amendments to the Notes has been signed,
and filed with the JSE and published on the Issuer's website
