VOLUNTARY BUSINESS UPDATE
Shareholders are hereby advised that a voluntary business update presentation will be provided by the
Chief Executive Officer of the Company, Mr Chris Vorster, during the annual general meeting ("AGM")
of the Company that will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, held in-person at Workshop17, Watershed,
17 Dock Road, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8002, and via electronic communication, at 10:00 today,
Thursday, 19 June 2025.
The presentation relating to the voluntary business update will be available on the STADIO Group
website (www.stadio.co.za) following the AGM. The salient points of the presentation are outlined
below:

2. An overview of the Group's growth strategy
3. An update on the STADIO Durbanville comprehensive campus construction and plans as noted
further below
4. An overview of 2025 semester one student numbers for the period to June 2025, the details of
which are set out below:

• Overall growth in student numbers of 8% is satisfactory considering the challenging South African
landscape
• Distance learning student numbers continue to show steady growth at 8% per annum with a second
semester intake under way
• An overall 11% growth in contact learning student numbers is extremely positive
• STADIO Higher Education's contact learning strategy is working, with total contact learning student
numbers up 23%
STADIO Durbanville comprehensive campus update
The construction of the STADIO Durbanville comprehensive campus is on track to open for new
students in 2026. The Board has approved building phase 2 earlier than initially planned. The total
spend for phase 1 and phase 2 is estimated to be R325 million and will increase capacity to more
than 6 000 students. Phase 2 is expected to be completed in August 2026.
AGM
The AGM will be conducted as a hybrid meeting, held in-person at Workshop17, Watershed, 17 Dock
Road, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8002 (the venue), and via electronic communication, at 10:00
today, Thursday, 19 June 2025. To attend in-person, please arrive at the venue by 9:45am to allow
time for registration. To join the AGM virtually, please click on the link sent to you by Computershare
or alternatively, you can attend as a guest by clicking on the following link www.meetnow.global/za and
clicking on the STADIO Holdings logo, 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. Click on "Join
meeting now" and select the "Guest" tab. Shareholders who registered to attend can select the
"Invitation" tab and input their participant details to login.
