SUMMARISED GROUP ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR ENDED
31 DECEMBER 2024

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Operating loss decreased by 44.02% to R17.18 million, from R30.69 million in the prior
     corresponding period.

     Loss and headline loss per share improved by 47.25% to a loss of 16.88 cents per share,
     from a loss and headline loss per share of 32.00 cents per share in the prior corresponding
     period.

     Net asset value per share ("NAVPS") decreased by 18.79% to 73.30 cents per share,
     from 90.26 cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
