to the declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control approval. RMH is now able to confirm that
Exchange Control approval has been granted and the payment of the special dividend will proceed as per the below

No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may occur between Wednesday, 24 January 2024 and
Friday, 26 January 2024 (both days inclusive).
