NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s Integrated Report, incorporating the audited Annual
Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2020, will be made available on its website
www.primeserv.co.za and contains no changes to the reviewed financial results which were announced
on SENS on Wednesday, 17 June 2020. The Company’s Annual Financial Statements were audited by the
Company’s auditors, Mazars, and their unmodified report is contained in the Company’s Annual
Financial Statements. The printed Primeserv Integrated Report 2020 will be posted to shareholders on
or about Wednesday, 30 September 2020.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Primeserv will be held
only through electronic participation at 09H30 on Friday 27 November 2020, to conduct the business as
stated in the notice of Annual General Meeting of shareholders circulated together with the Company’s
Annual Financial Statements.
The posting record date, being the date to be recorded in the register to be eligible to receive the notice
of Annual General Meeting is Friday, 18 September 2020. The record date on which shareholders of the
Company must be registered as such in the Company’s securities register, which date was set by the
Board of the Company determining which shareholders are entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
General Meeting, is Friday, 20 November 2020. Accordingly, the last day to trade in order to be able to
attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Tuesday, 17 November 2020.
Proxies must be lodged at or posted to the Company or the Company’s transfer secretaries to be
received not later than 09H00 on Wednesday, 25 November 2020.
B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORTS
In accordance with paragraph 16.20(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the JSE Listings Requirements,
notice is hereby given that the annual compliance reports relevant to The Primeserv Group, in terms of
section 13G(2) of the Broad?Based Black Economic Empowerment Act, have been published on the
Company’s website: http://primeserv.co.za/downloads/
